    Both fighters choose in secret. Your opponent commits before you choose. Each turn resolves together, then both return to street level.

    Start at zero charge. Charge holds up to 10. A hit interrupts charging. Attacks spend their charge even when blocked or cancelled. Lose all HP and the match ends. Simultaneous knockouts are a draw.

    Uppercut and Earthquake beat Aluga: Aluga takes 1 damage, the winning move takes none. Both attacks spend their charge.

    All fighters have identical abilities. Stages are random. Three independently trained CPU policies use only public HP and charge.
